The challenge

A resort website needs to communicate the feeling of a stay while helping visitors understand what is available. I designed and built Sundara in Framer around both needs: an atmospheric first impression, followed by a clear introduction to accommodation, facilities, and getting there.

Design decisions

01

Let the destination set the tone

I used a spacious, visual-led introduction to establish the coastal character of Sundara before moving into practical details. Short positioning copy and a dedicated philosophy section give the website a sense of place. The room and facility sections then carry that first impression into a more structured browsing experience.

02

Group the stay around rooms and experiences

I separated accommodation from facilities so visitors can explore where they would stay and what they could do. Signature Villa, Garden Suite, and Ocean Suite introduce the room choices, while dining, spa, and pool content expands the experience. A dedicated Sea Kitchen section gives dining more room for its story.

03

Bring practical information into the same flow

Getting Here introduces arrival options after the resort experience, while the journal adds stories about the destination. I brought these sections together in the Framer build so the page moves from inspiration into planning. The Reserve Now action gives the design a visible reservation entry point; the current demo does not establish a working booking flow.

The result

The delivered Framer website brings the resort introduction, accommodation, facilities, travel information, and journal into one experience. My contribution covered UI/UX design and the Framer build. The public site demonstrates the presentation and browsing flow; booking completion and commercial outcomes are outside this case study.
