Overview: homepage and tournament detail.

The challenge

A tournament platform serves several needs at once: finding an event, understanding how to join, and following the competition. My UI/UX work on Codashop Arena brought these tasks together with community updates and a creator program, organizing the experience around the different paths players and creators take.

Design decisions

01

Connect discovery to tournament entry

I connected the homepage's tournament entry point to a dedicated game page, separating solo, team, weekly, and monthly schedules. Event cards bring dates, times, and participation details together. This makes the choice of session the focus of the page, before players move into registration.

02

Make the next step clear

I organized the registration guide into three steps: choose a schedule, submit the required information, and check Discord after approval. The guide connects the website journey to the channel used for match updates. I also separated tournament and creator questions in the FAQ so visitors can find guidance for their path.

03

Give competition and community their own space

I gave leaderboards weekly and monthly views, with separate categories for players and creators. The gallery brings in tournament and creator highlights, while a dedicated call to action introduces the creator program. These sections support an experience that continues beyond signing up for a single event.

The result

My contribution covered the UI/UX design of the arena experience. The live website brings tournament discovery, registration guidance, rankings, and community content into one connected hub for players and creators.
